- Reserva imprescindible con un mínimo de 7 días de antelación, indicando tu código de compra.

- The gastronomic experience is designed to be enjoyed by two people.
- The recipient of the experience must check the restaurant's availability by phone or online booking.
- The experiences and set menus are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the purchase will expire and cannot be used.
- The gastronomic experience can be enjoyed from Monday to Friday during restaurant hours.
- No returns are accepted once the purchase has been made.
- Customers can cancel their booking and change the date at any time. If you are unable to attend, we recommend cancelling at least 72 hours in advance.
- The experience will be enjoyed exclusively at the Puerta 57 restaurant.
- The experiences and set menus cannot be combined with other promotions or gift cards.
- In the event that the menu includes seasonal products subject to availability , the company reserves the right to modify or substitute one or more dishes with equivalent dishes of similar quality, without this implying the right to a refund or compensation.
- The restaurant reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time, especially in cases of force majeure, system errors or inability to provide service.
- If your reservation is for a match, event, or concert at the Bernabéu Stadium, please note that reservation times will be adjusted to the event schedule, generally with restaurant clearance 2 hours before the event. These times are for guidance only and may vary.
- The restaurant will inform the customer by telephone or email of the cancellation of their reservation without this implying a refund or compensation.
- On the day of the reservation, the table will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the agreed time. Once this time has elapsed without the customer having arrived or contacted the restaurant, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to no-show and reassign the table to other customers on the waiting list or those available in the dining room.
