RESERVATION POLICY
When making a reservation, you may be asked for a prepayment as a guarantee of attendance. This amount is per person and will be deducted from your final bill on the day of the reservation. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please remember to cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation date to receive a refund.
Through our online store you can purchase gift cards or vouchers, perfect for giving a gift. The minimum purchase amount is €100; additional amounts vary. This product is non-refundable and expires after 3 months. If the gift card is not redeemed within this period, it will automatically expire.
We inform you that your reservation may be subject to changes, cancellations and table relocations without prior notice due to causes beyond the control of PUERTA 57 resulting from the use of the stadium by Real Madrid CF and/or the administration of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
If your reservation is on a match day, event or concert at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, please note that reservation times will be adapted to the event schedule, generally with a 2-hour vacancy period before the event.
These times are for guidance only and may vary. In the event of a concert rehearsal during your stay, you may be moved to a different table.
Payment for breakfast is due at the time of booking. Please remember that if you cannot attend your appointment, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. You can always reschedule your booking for another day.
On the other hand, if you purchased the Breakfast through the online store as a gift, the recipient has 3 months to redeem it. After that period, the P57 Buffet Breakfast gift card will be automatically canceled. No exchanges or refunds are permitted.
Provided you have cancelled a booking within the estimated timeframe and have complied with our policy, the refund of the prepayment made at the time of booking will be processed as soon as possible, with the refund being received within a maximum of 15 to 20 working days .
Gastronomic experiences and set menus are non -refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.
