No. Although our restaurant is located inside the Bernabéu and has exclusive views of the pitch—due to club policies and agreements—we cannot open our doors to our customers to watch football matches. The space is reserved as a VIP box for Real Madrid season ticket holders and VIPs.
Your reservation may be subject to changes, cancellations and table relocations without prior notice due to causes beyond the control of PUERTA 57 resulting from the use of the stadium by Real Madrid CF and/or the administration of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.
For example: If you have booked a dinner well in advance and days later Real Madrid confirms a match at 9pm on the same day as your reservation, the restaurant will contact you either by phone or email to cancel or change your reservation.

To avoid no-shows and improve our service, a deposit will be required when you book. This amount will be deducted from your account after your event. If you are unable to attend your booking, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance so we can process your refund.
If your reservation is for a match, event, or concert at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, please note that reservation times will be adjusted to the event schedule, generally with restaurant clearance two hours prior to the event. These times are for guidance only and may vary. In the event of a concert rehearsal during your stay, you may be moved to a different table.
Table assignments are made according to group size and reservation order. Those who book first will be seated at tables closest to the window. If you would like information about your assigned table, please contact us. Please note that we cannot guarantee your table location or relocation in advance if space is limited or no tables are available.
When making an A LA CARTE reservation, you will be required to pay a pre-reservation fee per person. Your refund will only be issued if you cancel at least 24 hours before the reservation date.
If you comply with our cancellation policy and notify us of your non-attendance at least 24 hours before the reservation date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. If you cancel within 24 hours of the reservation date, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 to 20 business days.
- Matches at 4:15 pm. Gate 57 will remain closed all day and will only open for dinner from 8:30 pm onwards.
- Matches at 9:00 PM . Gate 57 will remain open until approximately 5:00 PM. At that time, the restaurant will be cleared and will remain closed until the following day.
If your booking falls within those time slots, our team will contact you to cancel, change, or modify your booking.
